polite staff comfortable room bus station tiny room sloping roof few towels

I found the staff very polite and helpful. My room was nice and neat. The hotel is near the main bus station.

The single room I occupied felt tiny and somewhat stuffy. I had to lower my head in some areas because of the sloping roof. There were no shampoo bottles provided and very few towels were available.

The room itself was BIG and spacious. It included complete amenities such as toiletries, a fridge, a vault, a locker, a cabinet, and a tv.

The location ISN'T pleasing. The routes nearby were not clear, especially for someone unfamiliar with the area. This situation caused some difficulty.

A good stay overall

good location transport options comfortable hotel working air conditioning unsafe area limited selection breakfast selection stale cake

The location worked well for transport options. Metro, tram, bus and taxis were all very accessible. Walking was also a comfortable option. The air conditioning was important for me, and it worked well. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated that.

The area is not the best. The hotel is close to the underground station and main bus station, but the surrounding area did not feel safe at night. I noticed the breakfast selection was very limited. The same cakes were served multiple days in a row. I question the freshness of the product.
