The room itself was BIG and spacious. It included complete amenities such as toiletries, a fridge, a vault, a locker, a cabinet, and a tv.

The location ISN'T pleasing. The routes nearby were not clear, especially for someone unfamiliar with the area. This situation caused some difficulty.

the hotel is near the bus station i appreciated this a lot as i arrived late at night i found a supermarket very close to the hotel this was convenient. the staff was helpful and friendly

the noise from nearby rooms was sometimes audible disrupting sleep a bit this was noticeable mainly during peak hours

The location worked well for transport options. Metro, tram, bus and taxis were all very accessible. Walking was also a comfortable option. The air conditioning was important for me, and it worked well. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated that.

The area is not the best. The hotel is close to the underground station and main bus station, but the surrounding area did not feel safe at night. I noticed the breakfast selection was very limited. The same cakes were served multiple days in a row. I question the freshness of the product.
